Recently I was invited to appear on the Expresso Show, a local breakfast show on SABC 3 TV; filled with a mixture of excitement and gut-wrenching nerves, I agreed to step outside of my comfort zone and give it a bash! So yesterday at the crack of dawn, I set out on my new adventure.
After a bit of make-up and a quick wardrobe change, my Expresso Show TV Debut was live. All I can say is that live TV is not for sissies! But what an awesome adventure, meeting such wonderful people and being exposed to a most inspiring and creative environment. I enjoyed every moment of it!
The segment that I did {see the video clip above} was sponsored by Knorr. I had to come up with a British inspired meal, prompted by the Olympic Games starting yesterday, using one of the Knorr Cook-in-Bag.
