My pic of the week this week is of chilli peppers from my veggie garden – I love the vibrant red colour! I always feel so proud when I am able to pick produce from my garden and cook with it!

I am loving Instagram at the moment and all the apps that you can use to transform your photographs! This pic of the week, was taken in Hout Bay, I took it last week using my iPhone and Instagram – a bit of fun!

This was taken yesterday; we have a tree outside the front of our home and birds love to congregate in it, especially after we have had some rain and make the most raucous noise! It is reminiscent of the Alfred Hitchcock’s movie “The Birds”!
