My look of the week this week features my “style-crush” Jessica Alba! Who says you can’t be trendy when pushing a stroller! In this look Jessica is rocking a magenta Trilby hat, an over sized knit and a gorgeous bohemian print scarf all of which, are super trendy this season. My look of the week this week features none other than South African born Charlize Theron, now international star and darling of the red carpet. Her outfit for the Prometheus Premiere in London, was Dior all the way, I love both the colour and sparkle of her Christian Dior Couture cocktail dress. Her accessories are subtle yet chic and complement her dress beautifully, from her Dior strappy heels to the Bulgari jewels. I love this look on her!

I have spotted one of my fashion icons, Jessica Alba, on two occasions, wearing a Panama hat with such natural elegance, it is a style that really works for her!
Statement hats are a big style trend for 2012, whether it is a vintage style Cloche hat, an oversized Felt hat or a masterfully crafted Panama hat, there is something to suit every outfit and occasion.
We are even seeing the classic Bowler hat making a big come back on the fashion scene, for both woman and men. It can be a rather fun and sassy way to make a fashion statement.

Coloured denim is a big trend this season, especially pastel skinny jeans. Whether you pair with them with pretty pumps and a T or boots and a chunky knit they are bang on trend. Think of colours like candy mint, aqua, milkshake pink, sherbet lemon or subtle lavender and you have the trend down. Either team your skinnies with another pastel shade or neutral colours like white, beige or grey to get the overall look spot on.
Here we see one of my favourite fashionistas, Jessica Alba, rocking a pair of pink pastel skinny jeans {a photo that I have actually featured before}, looking super gorgeous – as she always does!
To complete your pastel ensemble you can add a dash of candy coloured nail polish in either a matching colour or go for multi coloured pastel nails, which are very trendy this season.

My look of the week this week is featuring the super stylish Gwyneth Paltrow, she shows that air travel does not have to = dull boring fashion. Her look although casual incorporates a few trendy fashion items, I especially love her beautifully styled black linen blazer. Blazers are a must this season and I personally prefer the more tailored, structured version. She pairs her blazer with slightly flared jeans, camel boots and a gorgeous gray scarf – we will call this look “travel-chic”.
