A romantic getaway where my husband and I can just relax together would be a special to me. We both have buzzing careers and are always on the go – I would love to just take a moment with him to relax and enjoy each other’s company.

done AND done :)

Hmm dropping the bugling off at the grandparents. Taking a nice slow drive down from town to hout bay, a glass of bubbly on chappies, some geocaching in the area, slowly make our way down to Hout Bay Manor for the massage followed by a devine dinner at Pure and stay the night right there

I would have to say my most romantic date would be sitting on the beach watching the sunset. We would drink champagne and eat chocolate covered strawberries. After that we would go to some candelit restaurant with great food!

My most romantic date would be sharing an awesome cabin in the woods with my fantastic boyfriend. Snuggling up next to a fireplace with a bottle of red wine while the rain storms around us outside.

Liked! My most romantic date/holiday would be on a tropical island, a quiet dinner on the beach, just the two of us, sipping cocktails and enjoying life!

Liked the page HoutBayManor;-) What a way of spending our 25th Wedding Anniversary should we be lucky….the words 9 and a half weeks sounds so movie-like!!! but that’s the time left to our anniversary! Our relationship has become so ordinary…(work, eat & sleep) the dreaded pattern that needs a kickstart and what better way than a romantic getaway in Hout Bay…I’ll take the role of leading actress and with those performances could well keep the role for another 25 years! How romantic will that be…

Hi Fiona!

Fabulous giveaway! I have liked both FB pages, and have shared your giveaway on my FB page.
I recently got engaged, and it would be absolutely amazing to spend some time with my fiance at Hout Bay Manor.
My idea of a romantic getaway is definitely on a tropical island (a girl can dream right???), lots of sea and sand, massages, great dinners, cocktails and looking up at the stars at night.

Holding thumbs xxx

My perfect date would be anywhere in the world with my boyfriend – we always find a way to make each other happy and laugh through whatever troubles we might face.

A couples massage would be pretty epic though – both of us have never been for a massage before, so would be yet another amazing experience to have together!

Liked both pages on Facebook! My perfect romantic holiday would be spent at the beach. Lots of sun, swimming and good food. Private lodging, plenty of time to relax and a couple of massages too ;)

Completed all required fields above.
As a police sergeant and now Sector Commander, my husband works abnormal hours and I work in the film industry, who also love my job, but also work 12 hour days at times. On top of this we are the parents of a very high energetic 4 year old boy and we try and make time together as a family, but often neglect to make time together as a couple. A romantic evening for us would be relaxing both getting a massage as we enjoy giving each other massages and chatting away or just holding hands. We love that sort of thing and definitely did it for our 5th wedding anniversary too, by even getting pedi’s together too. This would be awesome to win, to get some well deserved time back again in our stressful life of running around.

Done <3

Fingers crossed!

Romantic holiday for me would entail a lil adventure in nature some where with my hubby!
Some where where there is NO reception , we are both busy creative people – and we treasure moments away together , where we can take loads of photos, unwind, dine&just be <3

We have such a busy life. We are looking after my mom in law, who’s 88yrs old, my daughter in law who has MS. We never seem to have a 5 minute together without any interuptions. Would like to be just pampered together and to forget about all responsibalities for a few hours.

Both sites liked – it may seem a bit wierd that a guy would be entering – but Ive found this blog really helpful in planning our 2 year anniversary – and then I spotted the competition.
My wife and I have recently relocated to Cape Town, so my plans for our romantic day, are to visit the Hout bay market in the morning, and then head up table mountain for a view of our new home from above. If the weather is good, slip off to a quiet beach for a picnic, for the afternoon.
I would love to treat her to a massage, before we find an intimate spot to relax for dinner and sneak off to a romantic suite for the night.

Helloo :-) I have followed all instructions, liked both pages and spread the word on my FB profile! My ‘perfect’ getaway would be something where my bf and I can just BE… We haven’t really had much ‘us’ time since May 2011 and now we have a precious little boy who we love to pieces! Time to ourselves and together is very scarce! This would be a great prize for us!

Both pages liked.I’m not fussy but a Romantic getaway for me would just be deciding on the last minute to pack up and take a drive, book in at a hotel, dress up for dinner (like its a first date),and afterwards share kisses and cuddles and just talk till the sun comes up.After all I am sharing it with my best friend.

Life can get so busy. When my husband goes out of his way to make time for things that are important to me – like keeping the car & kitchen clean – that speaks volumes to me. Coupled with a glass of wine at the end of the day without asking for it – romance at home :)

LIKED both pages. A romantic dream would be a candlelit seafood dinner with my wife, on our favourite island in Thailand, followed by a Thai massage then a dip in the moonlit ocean. Heaven.
