I hope you all have a wonderful Friday. It is rather cold and wet in Cape Town today but at least it is Friday and the beginning of our school holidays. So to all who are travelling both locally and abroad have a safe and well earned trip.
Beautiful Roses
We are well and truly experiencing our Cape Town winter now and everything is grey, cold and wet. We begin to long for those beautiful Spring and Summer days. I know that all this rain is good but it does not make enduring the bad weather easier. I find it helpful during this time of longing to surround myself with beautiful flowers, especially roses.

It has been a rather hectic and demanding week but hooray it’s Friday! The weekend is here and it is a beautiful, sunny, winter’s day in Cape Town. After my morning run, I feel refreshed and ready to enjoy the weekend. I hope you do too, have a great one!
