I am quite a health conscious person and try to stay away from fried food, that said, bring out crispy tempura prawns, and all resistance crumbles! I was recently sent the Philips Airfryer to try out; admittedly I was a bit sceptical at first. One of the health benefits it promises is fried food with up to 80% less fat!
